New in 2022!!!

Hi I’m Lovie1111. I’m a 54 yo grandma who’s excited to begin this new journey. I have about 30 pounds I’d like to get off and be a healthier and happier 55yo. 2021 was very stressful for me. I lost my twin brother to a car accident and am going through a divorce. Life is precious and tomorrow is never guaranteed so today is all I have and I choose today to be as healthy as I can be. I’m looking forward to meeting likeminded fitness pal members who have wisdom and tips to help!

Oh, honey. I’m so sorry for your loss and upheaval. I sincerely hope this year is better for you.

I started here at 56 and lost 40% of my body weight. It’s totally doable. Don’t listen to any of the nonsense that it’s harder as you get older, you can’t do it after menopause etc etc etc.

I hope you’ll take this as an opportunity to focus on you and your needs.

After choosing to leave a family business and the emotional upheaval that followed, I decided to treat myself as my new job. It took a personal cataclysm to make me sit up and take notice.

I’m sorry life included cataclysms, but maybe there’s a purpose. A dear friend always used to say,”When one door closes, another one opens”.

May 2022 be your year and be full of a plethora of open doors to great places!
