Hi! I’ve had success with MFP in the past, and have fallen way off the mark and am now the heaviest I’ve ever been at 270.6lbs. I need to lose about 100lbs. I’m 37, mom to 2 and working on getting more active. Would love accountability partners that can relate, if that’s you please friend request me

Would you both to join us on the Winter 5% Challenge? We work on both healthy habits (for life) as well exercise that you can do. The type of exercise is UP to you each. Running around after kids, so long as it's at least 10 mins of continual moving and your heart rate is up (LOLOL PUT THAT DOWN!! NO NO NO DO NOT EAT ROCKS!) I means which Moms heart rate ISN'T UP?
