Hey, Mary! I know how you feel but it’s a decision that will have you feeling so much better! If you stick with eating healthier and exercising, it becomes second nature not too far into it. I have been eating better awhile now, just not really using MFP, I had a series of mess ups around Christmas but because I was used to eating better food I started right back eating well when I had those mess ups..plus my body rages against bad food now so that helps deter me 😆 It will all work out as long as you stick with it. You can 100% do this and it’s so worth it for your health ❤️ feel free to add me if you would like.
