Welcome!! I have been on here for 5 days. I have lost 7 pounds. I am trying to slow the rate some. One thing that has helped me is to check what the calorie count of something prior to eating it. I tend to want a smaller portion when I know the calories before the fact. I hope you have the same successes that I have enjoyed so far.0
