You would have to create a recipe in the recipe builder

Yeah, you really can't just check it online and use cups. How much chicken? Cooked how? Any oil? How much pasta? Wholegrain? What kind of sauce? How much sauce? You should weigh and log each ingredient separately.

If it's a package with all of the ingredients already together, then you can use the info on the back to give you an estimate. (P.S. If you don't already have a food scale I highly recommend it.)

If it says, for example, "serving size: 1 cup cooked (128g)=400 calories". That means it will be 3.125 calories for every gram of the meal. Look for the grams, not cups.

Weigh the entirety of what you've got once prepared. Let's say it is supposed to be 4 serving sizes and weighs 550g (I wrote more than 4 servings because it is common to be off in either direction). Scoop what you want on your plate and weigh that.

If your meal serving on your plate weighs 175g, for example, then your meal will be about 547 calories. (175 x 3.125 = 547)

Just remember, I say "estimate/about" because the exact amount of each ingredient may vary. But it will be close enough.
