How to Link the FitBit App

Hello: I am going in circles trying to sync the FitBit app to MyFitness Pal app. I've followed the instructions several times but FitBit is not showing up under Exercise. I am trying to track all my regular steps plus my walking on treadmill. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I can’t get my Fitbit (Charge 2 & Luxe) to sync unless I disconnect & then add back on, every day. Getting tiresome. My dh’s Fitbit One still syncs tho.0

I have been having this same issue for three weeks with Charge 5. Only thing that works is uninstalling both apps and reinstalling daily. So annoying!0
