Just figured I'd introduce myself on here. I've been off and on with counting calories for couple years now. I workout pretty consistently and have been over the last 10-15 years. I like to lift heavy weights and try to stay away from that crazy thing called cardio lol. Usually can eat clean the entire week and then completely destroy my weeks work with an obviously excessive number of great tasting Miller Lites over the weekend. I got about 20-25 lbs left I'd like to drop off for the summer, not sure if possible but gonna give it a go!

Hahaha Miller lite is like angels tears straight from the heavens 😅. I don't mind craft beer but I can't put too many away.
