MFP has no way of having you track your cycle

Plenty of apps available for that, but this isn't one of them.

    Sounds like a pop-up ad.

I use the app My Calendar. I like it it has everything I need. Just be sure to back up data I forgot and when i got a new phone i lost 2 years of predictive data.

I use the Clue app for cycle tracking. Because I'm a data nerd, I like to combine the date from Clue, MFP and Fitbit into Excel for an overall picture. I need to get out more!

A pop up sounds likely. Thanks for the info everyone.

My Fitbit Charge 2 now has a "Female Health" feature that tracks one's cycle..

My Fitbit Charge 2 now has a "Female Health" feature that tracks one's cycle..

That's what I was thinking it might have been. The fitbit app on iOS now has a female health feature that tracks your cycle and fertile window and after a few cycles will (supposedly) start comparing trends with your menstrual cycle and sleep/food/exercise habits.

That being said, I have used 'mycalendar' before and it's pretty good.

Personally:. The day I gain almost exactly 2lbs, is the day before I start my period. I don't think MFP has a menstrual cycle option.

I started using the Wild AI App, and it tells you how to train based on what phase of your cycle you are in. I like it.

    MFP doesnt do that.

fitbit, apple watch do. the other smart watches I imagine also do. Also lots of apps available for your phone. or a good old fashioned calendar.
