Hi, i am not new to the site but after being off of here for months and not doing well on my own i am back. I need lot's of encouragement and friends on here.

    i'm new too after years of having a bad and un healthy diet im ready too and.......its never to late to want to change and judging by how far youve gotten i think dont give up now keep going.......... i know youll do wonderful GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE YOU GET YOUR GOAL WEIGHT AS I KNOW U WILL :happy:
