Time to make a change!

Hello! I'm excited to finally take the 1st steps in getting back on track. For the past 2 years I've developed some really bad habit of overeating, not exercising, and being depressed. I'm ready to do what it takes to get my life back and get healthy. For the past few weeks I've been kicking myself for not starting sooner but I literally have gotten rid of all of the junk food in the house and I downloaded this app and some other apps to help me exercise and count calories.

Good luck. I decided to make myself accountable today. Let's both nudge each other along the right path.

The past doesn't matter anymore! All you can do is focus on right now. I know my depression is way more manageable when I am able to eat better and get some exercise in. I'm sending a friend request, if you would like some support along the way.

Well done on making changes - Thats the most difficult part done , the rest is just changing small things to get great results — Would recommend NOT trying to do a huge change in one go, that tends to lead to going back and eating more —small changes and never eliminate any foods, but rather
Work On a balance — 80%“good” 20”% not so good” and that way you still get the benefits and it’s al easier to stick to — as it gets easier and easier you will find yourself naturally making better choices anyway And if moving more and so on The odd splurge AINT gonna do any harm — Enjoy the journey

    Good luck to you!
  • I wouldn't kick it too hard, it's better late than never. At least you're taking a stand now to get back on track. Take baby steps if you have to, as long as you're moving forward to your goal.
