Hi,

I'm Nick & in a month I'll be hitting the 'big 4-0'. I'm not particularly overweight but just not as fit & trim as I'd like to be. I've re-started an exercise regime I used to do but realised that it's about 'diet & exercise' so wanted to find something to help me monitor the first part as well as the second.
