Upper arms

Have a great deal of extra skin on upper arms from losing so much weight, that is not going anywhere. Anyone have suggestions for an upper arm body shaper?

  • Try the 6 week push up challenge, I did this once last year and lost 2.5 inchs of my arms. I did it again this year and lost another 2, they say that this is the best exercise to build up arms and body strength without pay lots of money to did it. When I first started last year, I could not even do one. Now I'm so impressed with how many I can really do. Look, for the 6 week challenge online, you can print up a copy, it fold into a little book. You only do these 3 times a week, takes about 20 minutes or less depending on you and your mind set.

    Thank you. I might try that, although last time I tried a pushup I couldn't do one. No upper body strength.:ohwell:

    Start out using a wall or your kitchen table/ island. My arm strength stunk at first too, just don't give up!!

    You definitely need to build up muscles in your arms!

    You can do pushups on your knees to begin with. It really is a case of being consistent and building the strength. Your arms will look much better with muscle under there :bigsmile:
