    I'm 5'2.5 and ugh back at 160, not sure actually i was 158 last week but maybe water weight who knows. But yeah i was nearly 165 almost again. I would love some accountability.

    Am i the only one who loses weight like SUPER slow? Like i workout 5-6 days for 30 mins, takes 2 weeks it see any changes to only lose 1 lb. and i tried weight lifting...etc.

    Hi, I’m 5’2”-ish (my D/L says 5”3 lol). Currently 163.8, started at 193.8 on 6/29/2021. I am losing at a much slower rate now than when I started. I am only doing walking for exercise right now, but plan to add in weights, rowing machine, air bike now that I feel in much better shape than at the start. One thing that I always try to watch is my calorie intake per day to make sure I’m actually eating enough. I try to eat 1400 - 1600 calls per day. If I drop it below 1200, my body goes into “starvation mode” and slows down my metabolism. Allow enough rest days between strenuous exercise also.
