145 was my goal for end of January so as long as I don't bounce back up - I'll take it!

Way to go “Squeaky”! Can’t believe we’re halfway through January already. It feels good to be to be Keto Clean even if it is only two weeks. My usual dry winter skin is gone, my memory back and brain fog is gone.

I’m rooting for you making 30 days “Squeaky”. I hope to be right there with you. We got this!

Products I Love! Keto foods have come a long way in the last few years. Here are some that have been a game-changer and yes, one of them is BREAD! Please add to this list any keto food products that you love!

Aunt Millies Live Carb Bread - I had almost given up on finding a bread I don't choke on. This one toasts beautifully, it tastes great, and I'm not left with bloatation or that other thing. It has 1g net carb and is only 40 calories a slice. It has protein and fat. My friend and I even made garlic toast with it and that was amazing! I eat a sandwich every day now, sometimes twice a day. (Sprouts Grocery)

Enlightened Keto-friendly Ice Cream - Especially good is the Mint-Chocolate Chip. 7-8 net carbs per pint. (Most Places)

Quest Frozen Pepperoni Pizza - When you want pizza fast, this one fills the bill. It looks like pizza, it tastes like pizza. 6 net carbs per half pie. So yes, you could sit down and eat the whole thing. (Most places)

Zevia Zero Calorie Sodas - No Sugar (stevia sweetened) No sodium. My Doc was impressed. Tons of flavors! Also, if you miss stout beer then add coffee to the cream soda flavor and a shot of rum (or not) - it's delicious and dark! (Most places)

Two Good Yogurt - 3 net carbs 12g protein - a game changer for me and my kid. Lots of flavors but love the Lemon! (Target)

None of these products are especially cheap, so when they go on sale, I stock up. I don't fret bout the price of the bread (7.99) because it helps me stay on track.

Another week of being keto clean is in the books. In addition to the weight loss, I’ve lost a total of 8.5 inches of measurements from several body parts. Essentially, I’ve now lost the weight of my bowling ball (14.8 lbs.) this year and one-third of a foot off my belly.

Not sure what in the heck that uptick is...
I don't log as closely on weekends so that's the low-lying fruit. Could have just been a lot of salty food. Or maybe hidden carbs. In any case...I know what my target for this week is. Log your weekend better, dummy.

Got to keep better track. Gummy Vitamins might be sabotaging me. I spent so much money on them I feel like I have to take them but the carbs in them are adding up!

Dangerously close to being keto clean for the entire month of January. I’ve lost 16.6 pounds and over 9 inches off body parts measurements since the first of this year. Like I’ve said before, January is the easy month for me to stay motivated. New Year’s resolutions still on track, birthday month, success from restarting keto with my wife on board have all contributed to a good month.

Now I need to flip the switch to February. Things won’t come so easy now. I’ll have to work harder and expect fewer results on the scale. I’m going to be satisfied and stay motivated with smaller-scale victories and appreciate the non-scale victories (NSV) even more.

Like Stormy said, things are getting "not easy".
Going to take measurements, and time to troubleshoot since I haven't lost more than a half pound in 2 weeks now. Nuts are a problem on the weekends. Mucho calories and inhaled in no time. I need to make better choices.
