Just browsing through the MFP pages and looked at my goals .. just wondering what daily calorie deficit actually means as Im really unsure .. thanks ! :happy:

I think it is the difference between the calories you would normally use in a day minus the calories you can eat on your goal.
The calories you need but are not eating.0 -
Dave's spot on, just to add, 3500 calories is roughly 1lb of weight. If your deficit was 1000 calories like mine, you would theoretically lose 1lb of fat every 3.5 days.0
