I know the advertisements are ridiculous, but has anyone actually tried it? I would LOVE to get rid of my baggy upper arms and for that, I can look ridiculous for a while each day.

Ha! I know, it looks like porn--lol! I have a friend who swears by it though. She says it's really helped her tone her arms.0

LOL I had a friend who bought it and then got mad cause she thought it was battery operated. I heard it does make the arms burn though cause its all your own momentum0

Ditto! It looks ridiculous but if it works....I'd do it too!0 -
I thought about getting a Shake Weight, but then I thought... WHY? I'm pretty sure I was born with one.0

I would stear clear and work your arms the right way with weights and targeted training for biceps triceps and shoulders0

I get a better work out mixing my protein shake. Save your money.
You will find those toned arms in the kitten. Good luck.0 -
My boyfriend's friends bought him one as a joke for his birthday. But they all ended up trying it and most couldn't do it for a minute straight. This prompted BF to start using it each day for a minute straight for a while(the workout is actually 6 or 7 minutes long). It really burns the upper arms, you just look ridiculous doing it. lol. Which is why BF would challenge all his friends to do it when they came over, just for the ridiculous factor. I could have died when he had his dad try it out.0

Push-ups work great for this and don't cost a thing.0 -
Push-ups, bicep curls (with hand weights or water bottles, whatever ya got), chair dips, and tricep kickbacks (again with weights or water bottles) are just as effective, cheaper, and you don't have to look so silly.0

hah I'll admit i got one, before the south park episode... Its a 6 min workout and it does burn but I can't say it really made a difference. There's a lot of controversy whether the movements are really something that would work the muscles or just tense them up. As for me i didn't stick with it. Push ups are free and dont make you look stupid while you do them (:0
