The 30 day shred and ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels are really good videos, especially if you have a limited time to workout! Good Luck!

I've been wondering the same thing. I don't have money to buy videos and stuff, so all I do (or try to do) is the usual like push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, going for walks, and I have Dance Dance Revolution that I can do at home. Idk if that helps at all but there you go :)

There are also Zumba videos on Youtube, if you've wanted to try those. I'll post a few links to some of my favorites.

Also www.exercisetv.tv has a lot of videos.

Exercisetv.tv has a ton of great free videos. Some of them require basic equipment such as handweights and exercise balls but there are a few that do not require any equipment.

I am a fan of freeze tag myself.

Youtube has some good ones, and you can usually search based on what part of the body you want to work. That way you don't have to spend money on buying DVDs etc.

google search, videos only, what ever work out thing you want, then sort by length (longer than 20 minutes, it's a column to the left). Through this method I have successfully found so far, almost every zumba video (more than enough to be starting with) and a whole bunch of flirty girl vids. Plus there are probably a million home grown work out sessions up there, the key is to filter out all the short videos from the search results so you're left with stuff worth watching.

    Here's one I found earlier http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RGu-shSsio

Personally, I think I prefer aerobics, this is something I found in my local video store ha ha http://www.tower.com/basic-aerobics-alan-harris-dvd/wapi/107011511

Wow, the real people in those other zumba videos actually make it look a lot more fun (than the girls in the instructional DVD with their taut stomachs and permanent smiles). Perhaps I shall rethink :-)
