How do you get the spaghetti squash, is it something you peel or pre-peeled? (I'm a really lazy cook ;) )

I have been wanting to try that, do you buy the whole squash or do they have just the "noodle" part that you can buy?

i just buy to whole squash...cut it in half...scoop out the pulp..put the halfs in the microwave until soft..then use
a fork to scrape out the noodle squash...
