Let me guess, marinated artichoke hearts for one? Would you believe I'm now liking a few vinaigrette dressings (like Newman's Own Lime Vinaigrette and Raspberry & Walnut Vinaigrette)? And would you be shocked to learn that I actually ate one and a half pickle slices last week? 😲

Isn't the point behind having pizza to indulge and enjoy? Why the desire to try to make pizza somewhat healthful for you?

Not to belittle Papa Murphy's, since did you know my wife used to work there? Isn't Tuesday the best day to buy from them, as I can get two large pizzas for the price of one to feed my family?

Isn't the best way to enjoy artichokes by steaming in a pressure cooker before dipping in melted garlic butter?

Wasn't I good up through zucchini? Didn't you lose me at fungus, vinegar artichokes and 'technically a fruit', the texture of which I cannot stand? And don't I prefer my onions caramelized?
And pickles? Really? Not you too? πŸ€’πŸ˜…

Doesn't melted garlic butter make almost anything (except pickles) enjoyable?

Aren't Fridays a good day also for a Papa Murphy's special? Don't I normally go for a Tuscan Chicken and Sausage or an Herb Chicken Mediterranean, if not pepperoni, but thought I could go vegetarian for the benefit of a great nephew whose exploring that diet?
Wouldn't I prefer steamed artichokes w/ garlic butter over marinated ones, which honestly I could take or leave?

Didn't I guess exactly those things you mentioned would be what you found objectionable? And, having recently mentioned to my visiting friend how there are foods I assume I still dislike even though it's been decades since I've had them, didn't I try a pickle slice for that reason? And can I say that while I no longer find pickles as repulsive as I once did, I still find them mildly revolting? πŸ˜‚

Aren't you a grown up for trying them again? Shall we say that I'm still an adolescent in this regard? 🀣

Shall we be adolescents together? Aren't pickles and mayonnaise the devil's nectar, thus to be avoided by all men and women of a heavenly bent?

Do you know my wife complains about how "discerning" my taste buds are when it comes to trying new recipes at home? Do you know this same woman, no matter which new restaurant we try, eats the same two meals rather than try something brand new?

Why do you feel insulted? Didn't @nossmf and I both admit to being adolescents about mustard (me), mayonnaise (him) and pickles (both)? Don't you, by default, obviously join Frank in the grownup group?

Who wants to be an adult, anyways? Didn’t I flick my peas off my plate onto someone else’s on the weekend? If you were there, wouldn’t I have shared mine with you? πŸ˜‰

Does actually enjoying Brussel sprouts qualify me in the grownup group?

@Cat0703a do you consider yourself closer to my style of eating (adventurous in restaurants, safe at home) or my wife (adventurous in trying new recipes at home, safe in restaurants)?

As someone who dislikes preparing multiple meals for individual taste buds, don’t I prefer adventurous out and tried and true at home (most of the time)?

Do you know I actually enjoy Brussels sprouts too - just not every day?

Ground speed? Is that because a fully laden swallow is too heavy to fly? In which case wouldn't they be pretty slow? πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

I'm in the grownup group? 😁🀣
When I was young, wasn't I called a picky eater? When a picky eater grows up, don't they become a discerning eater, who knows what they like, and who gets to choose what they eat?

Aren't you only in the grownup group because you were willing to try pickles again? πŸ˜†πŸ˜…πŸ€£ Do you know you're free to join the adolescents in your dislike of either mustard or mayonnaise?

    I used to. πŸ˜†
Now a little mayo is fine, but then there's always butter or barbecue sauce, πŸ€”
or some kind of fancy aioli. πŸ˜‚
    ... Or avocado!

Didn't I grow up eating butter on sandwiches because that's the way my mother made them? Don't I now use avocado, Smart Balance or a (very) little mayo, but never mustard?

Aren't I good for the $20? But won't you have to ask my neighbor about the plow truck since he's taken out an order of protection against me and I can't get within 100 feet of him? πŸ˜‰ 🀣
