This site is a wonderful tool... Welcome to MFP! I don't know anything about OxyElite Pro but I'm sure since signing up here on MFP you are on your way to meeting your goals.0

I'm fairly new to MFP, too, although I've exercised since before I was 20 (and that was a while ago ) and I've always had to be careful how much and what I eat…or I end up in my current situation . I think you'll find this site very useful. Tracking calories and nutrients makes all the difference for me. It puts it right there in your face! No excuses! The people here are fantastic as well… very diverse and very supportive.
I don't know much about OxyElite Pro, but, in general, I stay away from "weight loss supplements". I don't believe in "quick fixes" and unless there's a medical need or doctor supervision/advice involved, I don't trust most of them. Not to say that I think all supplements are bad - I don't. But, lots of people are throwing things together and making a buck off of them. Personally, I think most before/after pictures are the result of eating correctly and maintaining an active lifestyle. Just my two cents.
Good luck on your journey! What I've seen so far being on this site is the people that WANT to do it CAN do it! And don't be afraid to post your feelings on good and "bad" days. Everyone will give you the support you need… and probably a little advice, too.

I agree with the other posters. If you don't see success from following the MFP guidelines, try putting a halt to your supplement and watching for a week of a disciplined healthy lifestyle. You might find that the supplement actually hinders adequate process. I am not saying it will, but some of them are little more than diuretics and caffeine.
Whatever you do set short and long term goals and remember to give yourself grace. Everyone slips and has setbacks. Don't let yourself be distracted by them.
Best to you.0
