What are your favorite "healthier" foods?

* garlic roasted triscuits
* hummus
* almond butter
* nonni's chocolate biscotti (110 cals)
* jello 60 cal pudding snacks
* babybel cheese packs
* low fat multi grain english muffins
* Anjou pears
* low fat frozen yogurt
* Lays BAKED Chips
* frozen strawberries
* Cod fish
I know not all these things are super healthy but I like to eat them in small portions and I still consider them much healthier compared to doughnuts, pizza sticks and soda.

im liking the reduced fat lays they have 70 cal
and i love any fruit
and turkey dogs and turkey sasage more than the fatty others
squash of almost any kind mostly the summer verities
and the quakes with carmel drizzle
and most veggies except lima beans( are thoes veggies)
i like to try lots of differnt stuff
and i love the blue bunny rasberry delight ice cream bars and jello pudding pops only 90 cal for either0 -

I like to mix a snack sized container of low fat cottage cheese (90 cal) and a snack size mott's unsweetened applesauce (50 cal).
It may sound weird (I thought so too when I first heard of it), but try it, you'll like it!!0 -

MahiMahi in any form, actually (The only fish that I have found that has a texture like meat!!)

Carrot cake- made with lots of carrots- enough so that one serving counts as a vegi serving
