Fresh Start

Hi there.

I've been on this journey before and achieved my goal of fitting into all the clothes in wardrobe better, in fact I exceeded my goal.

I managed to maintain for a year but sadly have put some of my weight back on. Again my goal is to fit into the clothes in my wardrobe better and then maintain this.
