This feel like the only place I can brag about this without seeming too Braggy. Iโve set several small goals along the way but when I started this journey last March my biggest goal was to be under 200 lbs by my 40th Birthday (starting at 313) well today is my 40th and I weighed in this morning at 197. Iโve not weighed under 200 since middle school. Yes, I still have work to do but for today Iโm damn proud of my accomplishment!

So I ended up growing my hair out for a year so that I can donate it to kids with cancer. Finally chopped it all off a few weeks back. It was fun while it lasted
