Low Cal, Low Carb Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Alfredo
This meal has 3 of my favorite features: fast, easy, and good for you! This simple and quick version of chicken alfredo does not have noodles, but served with a side salad, and you're good to go!
Serves 1-2
1/2 Cup Cheesy Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce
3 sweet mini red peppers, seeded and sliced
6 oz of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots (veg medley)
2 tbsp Garlic
1 6oz package of Tyson Refrigerated Grill Chicken Strips
3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In frying pan on medium heat, heat oil and add veg medley. Saute for 8 minutes or until tender. Add sweet peppers and saute an additional 5 minutes. Add garlic, cook for 2 minutes, add chicken. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, add sauce. Simmer and serve.
