Help staying motivated and breaking snack habits

Hi everyone. I’ve been on this platform for a little over a year and got down to my goal weight before Christmas but I have put 10 pounds back on since then. I am now working very hard to get those back off. I continue to have a problem with being hungry and snacking after dinner. Definitely my Achilles’ heel. Anyone have any pointers for how to successfully go from dinner to bed without doing damage to my day?

I always eat lighter during the day so I can have a decent sized dinner and a little snack before bed. Most of the time my snack is a banana- sometimes yogurt. Occasionally a treat but not too often. Try allocating your calories differently. You will get used to eating less during the day. Try not to think about it too much or you will constantly be hungry and wanting to eat. I’ve been in maintenance 2 years now after a 70 pound loss. A little bit of a struggle lately- I’m 2 pounds over my range but I’m getting back on track.0
