NSV = Non-scale victory (for example, clothes that fit better. Something that happened that didn't involve the scale)
TOM = Time of month
30DS = Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD

What a nice thread. That's been my problem also whenever I talk to English-speaking people & they're like saying those initials that I don't understand. By the way what is TFTA, LMAO, HRU?
By the way, I only recently learned that LOL = laughing out loud, TTYL = talk to you later (am I right?) through my friends there in US & Canada0 -
