Hi new to this any tips on food would be greatly appreciated and exercise for the weather we r having and not been able to get out

My biggest tip for food is not to eliminate anything, just adjust the portion and add volume foods with it.
By this I mean if you enjoy pizza instead of having a large amount of just pizza have one slice (or two if the calories aren't too bad). On the side have veggies that are low calorie that you can eat a lot of to fill you up.
This way you can still enjoy the things you love.
For exercise my favorite is step aerobics. There are online classes on you tube. If you don't have a step you can just use the floor and still have a good workout. My step cost about $30.
If you don't enjoy the exercise you're doing even a little bit then try something else. If you don't like it you won't be constant or you'll dread it.0
