Type 2 Diabetes
Hi guys.
For the past 9 years I have been controlling my diabetes without medication until now. I am now taking 10mg of empagliflozin/jardiance daily. I have to drink loads of water so I pee alot to get rid of un needed sugar.
I hope to find others that are starting the type 2 journey to chat with and compare what we are doing.

Type 2 now since 2017. I once reversed it naturally but genetics made my levels go up again so now I'm on metformin once a day and stay good on diet and exercise. Happy to find others who share this journey.0
