Praise the Lord!!!! I have worked really hard starting in Jan at 280. With a goal to lose 100 lbs this year. Started walking then jogging some and now run almost the whole 7.4 mile workout I do most every day. I was so excited when I got on the scale this morning and it stopped at 198.4. I have not been under 200 since I broke my foot in the Army back in 1986.

I always believed I was dreaming to think I could get down under 200. But I did it "Praise the Lord".

    I don't mean to take away from Dave's incredible accomplishment, but if you scroll through this thread and look at the tickers, the amount of collective weight lost is somewhat mind-blowing. MFP is truly miraculous.
