    As for nutrition it depends on wether your eating meat, vegetarian or vegan — dairy intolerance or nut / soy and so on - so can’t give any advice on that due to no info — but as for exercise, find something you actually enjoy doing - going to the gym may not be for you, so slogging it out there would start quick and end quicker - So maybe you had a hobby or wanted to start something Do that - walking is a great exercise for all sizes of people and doesn’t require any equipment, just some trainers and a bottle of water - But find what you like and if your looking for nutrition advice / recipes, be a little bit more specific— But well done on making a change and good luck , stay motivated
