What will you do today to stay on track?
I just downloaded MFP (again) yesterday. So mostly Calorie counting is in the cards for me. Otherwise I am walking up earlier than normal to take my dog for an extra walk instead of just letting her into the yard.

I downloaded the app yesterday as well. I needed something new to keep me going. Goals are tracking foods consistently, drinking lots of water, and getting my steps in consistently as well. We got this!2

Good luck! I definitely need to drink more water. Hoping that every effort will buffer my many bad habits0 -
I eat one meal a day so I'll plan and prepare my meal ahead of time. I follow low carb so it's almost always a salad, soup, extra protein, raw mixed nuts, a piece of sugar free dark chocolate and sometimes a piece of fruit. I'm retired and stay home a lot but I'll be more active today. I have to go out and run errands and will try to walk more. When I'm out, I will resist the urge to get any fast food.3

Today I committed to journaling my food intake, defining my goals, drinking water more, and developing a strategy for taking back my health. Becoming a member of this community I feel is a good move for me. Checking in here daily will provide a touch base that I need.1

I havent been on MFP for a long time and now Im back. As Im basically away from home the whole day today and didnt have time to prepare a meal, Im doing my best to get healthy food on the go.
Also to beat some sugar cravings, my go to snack atm is definitely protein bars. Im simply trying not to give in to bad fast food ✌️😁1
