its the best running app out as far as i know Stands for Couch to 5K is like 3 miles and teaches people who trying to begin running how to do it you start by running 60 sec and walk for 2 min i think and bulid up to running a whole 30min I can now 3 min at time and i love doing it I did c25k today and I could not even run for 60sec when i began there is also open support group on here that i am also a part of hope this helps0
