    HI Dori!! I am Diane. I am on a group that absolutely enjoys having newbies joining us!! We relocated to MRP when Sparkpeople closed down last summer. After you join us, please read the 2 announcements that describe what the challenge is (exercise AT YOUR current level (we hate injuries to occur just because someone gets hurt) for some members, which did include myself, I started out at 10 mins of exercise, it was very low key since I could not even walk at that time 3 times a week.) but here's the part so many of us LOVE we also work on developing healthy habits. NO ONE is expected to be great at this, especially at first, we all understand that and than some!! Please do check us out.
