Love My Fitness Pal, but still just up and down by 5lbs after months! I am trying to focus on how it is possible to reach my goal. I think I suffer from some pretty serious negative thinking.

    Just take it day by day, no more negative attitude, gotta think postive and beleive u CAN do this!! Good luck!!
  • It's really hard to stay positive when one's weight just sits. I'm losing weight incredibly slowly, and haven't had a 'cheat' day in AGES. It's really disheartening, the only thing keeping me going is knowing I did it before so I can do it again.

    Try and keep your chin up and know that lots of us are struggling or losing weight slowly too:)
