i hope i do great at this, i am committed i never go OVER my calories!! but i dont have much time to exercise?!!? whats a girl to do?

If you get up one hour earlier, then you can get your workout in.0

Make sure your do go under your calories either. It’s not healthy to eat under 1200, if you do exercise, eat some of those back too. (If it's important to you, you'll find the time.) You got this girl!0

exercise comes in many forms.
changing things up like parking farther from stores, jogging to the entrance, taking stairs, doing squats when cooking or brushing teeth, little things like that can make good exercise. good luck0
