how to figure my time

I walked 3.2 miles in thirty minutes and then did another 3.2 in a hour so how do i figure this out? On the exercise menu it don't have it by miles.

well the first time you walked at a pace of 6.4 mph for 30mins ... the second time you walked 3.2 mph for 60 mins... thats how you will enter it in0

I can't figure out how to put in my exercise data base, They don't have a in here. Or can you please explain exactly how to do on here.0

click on exercise -> click under cardiovascular " Add exercise" ->type in walking in the search ->( there are several different speeds (none that go up to 6mph) I would suggest using the 3mph and the 5 mph) Click on one and add to it how long you were walking and click add exercise. Go through the process again of adding another exercise for the other set of walking you did since it was at a different pace0
