I am just posting to say hello. I started my fitness pal in April 2011 on my I-phone. I am now just updating my profile using my laptop. I am 39 years old. I have not tried to lose weight for about fifteen years. Losing weight now seems more difficult than it did before. Anyway, my main goals now are to be able to move better, to have more energy, and to enhance my marriage. I am excited about my weight loss so far. I really have not started excercising yet. I am making small changes as a part of a lifestyle change. I want to keep my new habits. I am focusing on the eating part right now and that seems to be working. Looking forward to more changes and a healthier life.
