Hello all!

I’ve been using this app on and off for several years. I am a healthcare provider that specializes in Men’s health and nutrition. I’m currently 188lbs and I am attempting a 1RM of 405 on flat bench at the end of this month. I will video it and attempt to upload on here. I have been into powerlifting and body building since 2009. I occasionally train ppl on the side (pro bono). I usually don’t lift weight I can’t do for 20 reps with exception of this max out. My normal routine is 4 sets of 20 reps with moderate weight on everything.
