I start Week 5 of C25K tomorrow and I did a 10k yesterday. I am SO sore today. Would walking help or should I just stay resting?

Oxygen heals, so I would get some light activity like walking going. Congrats on the 10K!!!0

If you have general muscle "soreness", walking would probably be good. If you have sharp "pain" in a particular muscle, you may have injured yourself.
Runnersworld.com and runningtimes.com are excellent resources.
Congrats on the race, BTW!0 -
Just soreness, no specific pain anywhere. Thanks for the congrats and replies!0
