I had the gastric sleeve in 2019 and lost 80 lbs and excess skin removal surgery in 2021.
I’ve been majorly slacking these last few months and find myself with 15lb of regain I’m bound and determined to work off!

Dear Tinyguts, My surgery was 2016. I've kept the majority of weight off, but COVID lifestyle changes have not helped. I'm brand new to MyFitnessPal and look forward to gaining a new tool or so.1
