The struggle is real

Hey. New here. Need to lose 35 pounds to get back to my comfortable "normal" weight. Had to give up Starbucks to start since my daily drink was over 500 calories. And a stupid amount of carbs and sugar. I think cutting that out alone will help. Will find out soon enough ;)

    Hope all goes well. Cutting out the morning drink is really hard but I think it’s going to make a huge difference for you.

    Welcome…. Hope you manage to achieve what you’ve set out to do.

    Find the foods you like most, find which ones that offer the best nutrition and keep those, and then look at what else you eat and see what’s offering nothing in nutrition but increasing the calories and reduce how much you consume. Feel free to add me as I’d love to track your progress 🙂
