Hello everyone!
I have been using MFP for about 3 weeks or so. It's been very helpful to me as I seem to do better when I see the numbers at the end of each day.
I am not on any program just eating less and moving more, and I have replaced the sweet tea and soda with WATER!
So far, IT'S WORKING!!
