Hello -
I'm new to MyFitnessPal, but not new to the the weightloss struggles, it has been something I have dealt with a long time. At my heaviest of 500 lbs, I managed to lose over 275 and get down to 214. A few years later now, and I am back up to 333lbs.
I am looking to get back on track and not let the numbers keep tracking upwards.
When I lost the weight before, I did it on my own, no support system or anything. I hope to do it differently this time, which is why I figured to give this platform a try.
I wish everyone on here success with their goals.
