So I am trying to lose 27 pounds in four months. My goal is to lose 2 pounds every week for four months. After I reach my goal weight, I do not want to lose any more weight, I would be like a stick!! I have been trying this diet thing for three weeks and it has been going pretty well. But I just started school and it is getting hard to eat right and work out because I have no time!

what are some good work outs to do during the winter?

What are some quick workouts to do when I have like 15 minutes?

Also what are some good recipes?

jillian michaels 30 day shred is longer than 15 minutes but it's only about 25 minutes long and that's with a warm up and cool down. it's a great circuit workout to do when you are pressed for time and all you need are dumbbells

Oh that's that lady from the biggest loser right? I have been doing this workout, http://www.self.com/goal/freestyle/firmers-video with walking and biking and running.

But I am not sure if it's working

Hi, I'm Jill. You should research Leslie Sansone if you are not familiar with her. She puts out great/challenging in home walking workouts, that you can do when you have alot of time or just 15 minutes. I swear by her. Good Luck

2 pounds a week might be a little difficult since you don't have a lot of weight to lose. Maybe not impossible, but harder. I'm only saying this because if you do find you're losing more slowly, you need to realize that is normal and healthy. If you can lose it that fast, then great! :) Just don't get discouraged if it's closer to a pound a week.

As far as quick, effective workouts, check out www.bodyrock.tv, www.exercisetv.tv, and www.nerdfitness.com. Great workouts there.

As far as eating right, it's all about planning. I work A LOT during the week and come home pretty tired. I never want to cook a healthy meal during the weekdays. Instead, I plan all of my meals for the week on Sundays and do as much cooking as I can. Today I made a beef stew, cooked a turkey roast to use for dinners and lunch wraps, etc.

If you plan ahead and do as much prep work as you can during your free time, you're much more likely to stay on track with the food part.
