Hey everyone I just joined and I am starting gun ho tomorrow. I have just gotten sick and tired of being sick and tired. Junk food has been ruling my life but what has it done for me lately? Nothin! So if you are looking for a friend who is early in their journey please add me.

Not only have I begun to lose weight, I no longer suffer from the everyday heartburn and indegestion. There really is something to the eating right thing. Who knew!

I just finished my first week, I lost 4 pounds by the 3rd day but at my 1 week weigh in I had gained 1 pound back. Im not going to let that get me down. I am couch potatoe by nature but since starting with mfp I have walked 6 out of 7 days and am trying to walk 18 miles by the end of September. If you want a friend you can add me.0

Hi! I'm new too! I started last week and I find the MFP helps to keep me on track because then I can see what I really am eating and feel like I am being held accountable for my weight loss. I don't have any friends on here yet, so feel free to add me, Maybe we can keep each other motivated!0

Welcome to the community. Just keep in mind that the app can't do the work for you. Its not some miracle site where you can follow some magic diet and lose 20lbs in one month. All it can do is provide you with the information and support you need to make smarter food choices in order to live a healthier lifestyle which will lead to slow, healthy weight loss. Stick with the guidelines, exercise a few times each week, use the community support and I know you'll see results! Good luck!0
