Looking for Vegan recipes, low cal. I am able to adjust most recipes using tofu, etc., in place of meat and nondairy milk.

HI! I'm also looking for vegan recipes, high protein & low cal. Have you tried hemp hearts? I add it to cashew "yogurt" with fruit, salads, acai bowl, etc. Those are super quick ideas for snacks or breakfast.0
