Hi, any Energy tips?


My friend Ana introduced me to the app. I was at my ideal weight back in 2009. I gain weight years later, and lose weight again in 2018. I’m sure we all got off track in 2020 since then I’m trying to get back to my routine. I Can’t wait to wake up early again. Any tips on how to go to fall as sleep fast and how to wake up early with lots of energy?

  • I use a supplement called Sleep Well. I'm in NZ but google it, there will be similar ones where you are. It is passion flower and a couple of other known herbal remedies. On top of that 6mg of melatonin does the trick.
