Hi 👋 my name is Linda and I just joined MyFitnessPal. Any one have any tips?
I am also using a Garmin to help monitor and track progress(hopefully).

    My tip…consistency is KEY! Just keep showing up every day…good or bad and small, positive actions add up to HUGE results! Focus on what you can add to your life instead of restricting and everything will fall into place…exercise, water, healthy meals, positive people, self care, rest, sunshine…etc! Feel free to add me!
