I just checked out a Hungry Girl cookbook at the library and I love it! I marked so many pages that it would probably be cheaper to buy the book than to copy all the pages! The recipes are down-to-earth, and basically low-fat versions of everything I love! I have to check out the website now! Thanks for sharing.

I love the Hungry Girl recipes! I bought the cookbook a couple months back and really like it. There are some really great "modified" recipes that are lower in calories, fat etc.

Last night I made french fries with butternut squash! They were amazing!

I also tried the onion rings...I will double the recipe, and add more seasoning next time, but they turned out great, too! I ordered the book from Amazon...can't wait for it to arrive!

I get the newsletter, and a couple of nights ago I made the HG Shrimpylicious Egg Rolls. They were really yummy! I keep meaning to go by Half Price Books and see if I can find a copy of the cookbook. She also has another cookbook about to be release called 200 Under 200.
