Ok Pink Panthers it's the last week. In the words of the great Jillian Michaels "Now is not when you quit. Now is when you finish strong!"
Here are this week's challenges. I know we are a few days in, but since there wasn't a thread I thought I would start one. Even if we have lost people, those of us who are left should finish what we started.

I was wondering about Amy also. Did send her a PM as our points that are in the spreadsheet from last week do not seem to be correct. I asked her to check on it... without hers - I know we had at least 180 for the first day (it says 5), and I know that we had at least 230 without Amy's for the second day (it says 220)... May not matter, and I am only trying to see that we get all our points because I really only did those first few days last week. Sorry again, it was a really sad, stressful, frustrating week for me!0 -
:bigsmile: Lots of cardio for me today... I made it 20 crazy miles on the evil bike! :devil: Plus lots of cleaning/moving furniture/etc. and some walking. Sooooooo, points for me will be good today!
Nutrition: Way too far under calories... was a bad day in that sense, but they were under!
Exercise: Nope, didn't remember that for the day and it's now already Sunday... woops!
Cardio: 306 minutes -- I used the HRM during my cleaning/stairs/moving furniture and it was a good burn, HR up, sweating, so today, I am counting that! I don't typically count those types of things -- but this wasn't a typical clean! I was preparing the basement for renovations!
TOTAL: 155 points for me! :bigsmile:
I'm feeling pretty proud of that! I leave on an out of town trip tomorrow through Wednesday... I still have to get in 11.5 miles to reach the 112/114 miles for the month on a bike. I am about 15 miles away with running/jogging. So, I plan to get in some good exercise... just hoping that I can eat well!0 -

Quick post, am out of town for a business trip... it's been a long, long day! Cross your fingers for me... I need to really work my butt off to stay on track while I am away because if I don't see the scale move soon, I am gonna be super frustrated! (that's my politically and post-correct post... trust that's not the way I am actually saying it! LOL)

Exercise - missed it which is disappointing because I just wasn't aware and able...

I drank 12 glasses of water yesterday but went out to eat, gonna guess my fat was over vs under. Not a chain place so had to guess on logging things. Just count water for me...0

Today ended up being a little more challenging than I anticipated.
I am over on my carbs. That seems to be a pattern lately. Maybe that's why I have stalled. I should explore that.
